This is a spring loaded tool which often cleans down to the metal in one pass. Available in sizes to suit tube ID 1.1/4" to 2.1/4" (32mm to 57mm).
By far the most popular tool with sugar mills, for the rapid and safe removal of hard linings of scale up to 1.60mm thick in evaporator and juice heater tubes in one pass. This toolhead is fast and effective, and equally safe in brass or copper tubes. Supplied in a range of tube bore sizes from 29mm to 57mm inclusive.

  Twist Drill
Blocked and heavily scaled tubes are always a problem. Two types of drill are available for use in these conditions. The drill size depends on the ID of the tubes to be cleaned.
The Twist Drill is very effective in clearing straight tubes with blockages. The cutting edges of this tool can be tipped if required, for faster drilling and longer life. Several sizes are available.
Fishtail Drill
The Fishtail tool is very effective in clearing straight tubes with blockages. The cutting edges of this tool can be tipped if required, for faster drilling and longer life.
Solid Knocker Tool
For the removal of hard deposits in straight steel tubes. Available in four sizes which cover tube ID from 7/8" to 3" (22mm to 76mm).
This design of tool is used for dealing with the exremely hard deposits which can accumulate and line the bores of straight steel tubes. It is particularly effective in clearing tubes quickly and thoroughly.
